The guarantee

A Pass is a promise that the repair works. So the guarantee is tied to the work, not to a grade: do your plan, and if the map doesn’t move, you don’t pay.

The promise

Work through your repair plan and re-scan the strands you practiced. If those re-scans don’t show repaired strands, email us and choose one: a full refund, or a free extension so you have more time. Your call.

What “finish your plan” means

The guarantee is completion-conditioned because the plan only works if you walk it. Practicing the strands in your repair order and re-scanning them is the whole ask. Your practice history and re-scans already show this, so there is nothing extra to prove or submit.

How to claim it

Email hello@nuplera.com from your account address. A person reads it and sorts your refund or extension through Stripe. No forms, no runaround.

The map is always yours

Your X-ray, your map, and your repair plan stay free and stay yours, guarantee or no guarantee. A Pass buys the practice loop and unlimited re-scans between measurements, never the measurement itself.
